Will I need to sign a contract?

No. You will never be asked to sign a contract.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning job?

We strive to give you complete satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, don’t hesitate to call us and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no cost to you.

How do I pay for the cleaning service?

You can pay us by personal check, cash or money order.

How do I arrange for your service and how much do you charge me?

We’ll set up an appointment for a free estimate. This will take approximately 15 minutes. We will view each room and explain what services we will provide to you. Upon completion of the walk-through, we will give you our estimate of the services to be provided and answer any questions you may have. Your cleaning cost will be dependent upon the size of your home and how much cleaning it may require.

How many people will clean my home?

Usually, our professionals work individually or in teams of two. Sometimes we have teams of three or more. When more than one person is at the job, the quoted time is lessened by the number of people. For example, if you were scheduled for a four hour service and two professionals are assigned to your job, the cleaning should be completed in two hours.

Will I always have the same professionals?

Occasionally there may be a change in professionals due to illness, day off, vacation, or other such reasons. Therefore, it is not possible for us to guarantee the same individual or team for each cleaning. In the event of such an occurrence, we will find a replacement. We provide an extensive training program for each of our employees to ensure consistent cleaning techniques by all of our staff.

What are the cancellation and reschedule policies?

If it is necessary to cancel or skip your regular cleaning day, we require a 24 hour notification (by phone or e-mail) and make sure to have a confirmation number from us. If we receive fewer than 24 hours notice, or cannot access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge you for the time traveled to your location and back.

What should I do if something is broken by one of your professionals?

We are always very careful not to disturb or damage anything in your home. However, should this happen, please call us immediately. We will be happy to resolve the matter promptly and to your complete satisfaction.

What days do you work?

We are available Monday through Saturday. Special schedule can be arrange to fit your need.

Can I leave a note for the team?

Definitely, yes. It’s a good idea to communicate with our cleaning team if you want special attention to a certain area or if you are pleased with the job or have concerns. We will contact you after our initial cleaning to get your feedback. Every client has different needs, requirements, and expectations, so the more we can communicate the better.
